The Maverick CreatriX brand began with a love for art and design; more specifically for sacred symbols, geometry and the visible structure of sound and vibration or Cymatics.
We wanted meaningful symbols, mandalas, patterns and prints on our clothing, a way to constantly and gently be reminded of our intrinsic, invisible, interconnectedness and of our place in the larger Universe.
Being adorned with shapes that hold power in frequency and vibration, and through the influence of their organized structure, we are somehow centered just by focusing on their basic geometries. All of our designs are heavily influenced by these ideas and by ancient mandalas, sacred geometry, vibration, frequency, energy, along with the works of Nikola Tesla, Nassim Harramein, Leonardo DaVinci and Buckminster Fuller. They focus on and revolve around the shape and structure of love, sound, light, energy, vibration and how they all interconnect, flow and expand. The invisible made visible. “Sacred Geometry is the Structure of the Vibration of Life and Love is it’s glue” Buckminster Fuller was quoted as saying “Love is Metaphysical Gravity”…

CreatriX means “Feminine Creator”…. and Maverick is not only a rebel, but the name of her only child and light of her life!
Shylo has been an artist for as long as she can remember having started drawing and painting in earnest at a young age. She’s been airbrushing for over 25 years so being able to print original hand airbrushed paintings onto clothing is an exciting new endeavor in this our digital age. It means many more people can enjoy her art and design! As a graphic designer for over 20 years now, she has the experience, the heart and the eye to design pieces that feel good to wear in beautiful colours and patterns with meaning and loving vibrations.
