The majority of our products are made in Canada. In the interest of offering a wider product range, we are now offering some exclusive designs made in the USA. These items have their own categories. Canadian customers ordering from these categories will sometimes incur duty and taxes. Some of our US suppliers have shipping options where duty and taxes are included. Wherever possible, we include these fees into our shipping costs to you. Items that cannot have duty and taxes prepaid will be clearly noted in the item. Some exceptions apply to large, heavy or international orders.
Please note, that our standard product categories are made in and shipped from Canada AND the USA as we brokerage all products. There will never be duty or taxes on standard product categories for Americans or Canadians. 🙂
